Unusual light observed by Pfc Everitt — Sandia Base (Jun 6 1949)

Jan 6, 1949Sandia Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico (approx.)
Analysis — our summary

A green light was reported on 6 January 1949 at Sandia Base by an AESS Inspector listed in the tabular sightings summary. Limited data is available from the OCR-noisy table row, confirming direction (East to West) and color (green). This may be a separate event from the Pfc. Everitt diamond-shaped object sighting at 1730 on the same date.

Analyst notes — caveats & confidence

This record is derived from the tabular summary of sightings (19 April 1949 OSI document), which is heavily OCR-corrupted. The 0310 time is clearly different from Everitt's 1730 sighting on the same date. Data is minimal; confidence is low. Retained as a separate incident because time, observer, and details differ from the Everitt report. Most table rows for the 17th District OSI summary are too corrupted to extract reliably; only those with clear enough text in the narrative sections are extracted as individual incidents.
