Analysis — our summary

Carl R. Keyser and his wife reported observing a silver circular or spherical shape in the sky approximately 45 degrees above the horizon to the southeast of their residence near Milford, Ohio, at approximately 2:40 PM on July 23, 1954. The report was relayed to the FBI via Colonel J.M. Smith, Deputy Director of Civilian Defense for Greater Cincinnati. The FBI Cincinnati office referred the matter to Wright-Patterson AFB OSI.
